Hollywood Horseback Riding

  • Saturday, November 12, 2016
  • 10:00 AM - 12:30 PM
  • Sunset Ranch Hollywood 3400 North Beachwood Drive, Los Angeles, California 90068

Health and wellness not only describes the condition of one’s physical fitness, but also the condition of one’s emotional, spiritual, and conscious well-being. TAP-LA recognizes the need to cultivate and nurture ourselves beyond the physical state and would like to invite you out horseback riding with us. Why horses, you ask? Well, keeping yourself mounted on a horse strengthens your balance and activates your core muscles. But more importantly, it allows you to experience the emotional and interactive experience of human-horse relationships. Scientists in health and fitness have long described the human-horse relationship as one that stimulates human compassion and the release of endorphins. This is one of those “you need to experience it for yourself” situations. So come to Hollywood and let us bond with our stallions, Mother Nature, and each other.

Afterwards, join us for potstickers, sanbeiji (three-cup chicken), cold appetizers, and dan dan noodles at Pine & Crane, a lovely Taiwanese eatery in the heart of Silver Lake. There is a saying, “a restaurant that can’t cook sanbeiji isn’t a true Taiwanese restaurant. This causal eatery also features beer on tap, along with a handful of wines by the glass. For menu options, please visit http://www.pineandcrane.com/menu/ The restaurant is located at 1521 Griffith Park Blvd., Los Angeles.

Limited availability, make sure you RSVP today at tapla-horseback.eventbrite.com. Deadline to secure your saddle is Saturday, November 5th.
